Aid workers killed in Gaza

Unfortunate as it is, missiles cannot discriminate between good guys and bad guys.
One has to be real naive (ehem) to believe this is some "unfortunate accident" when aid workers are being abnormally targeted and the responsible guys have openly expressed their intent to deprive Gazan civilians of basic necessities...

"I have ordered a complete siege on the Gaza Strip. There will be no electricity, no food, no fuel, everything is closed," Gallant says following an assessment at the IDF Southern Command in Beersheba.

"We are fighting human animals and we are acting accordingly," he adds.

**missiles** can't
But I assume sniper rifles can
I suppose assault rifles can
I assume a tank or a drone targeting random people taking food aid can
I would think a police officer can make the difference between a child and a militant when they arrest one
