Come Dine With Me -- probably what I watch the most -- religiously!
Gogglebox -- quite relaxing and fun to watch, feels meta too
Comedy:
Friends -- grew up on this, still highly watchable after having seen every episode 4+ times over

That Mitchell and Webb Look
For anything else, anime series. All time favourites include:
- Hajime no Ippo (AKA Fighting Spirit ) -- my #1 favourite, it has everything from laughter to tears. It is the greatest and most immersive TV series to me, better than The Wire
- JoJo's Bizarre Adventure (2012 remakes onwards) -- a very campy fighting shounen with an incredible art direction that always feels fresh
- Kaiji -- very dark and philosophical
- Clannad + Clannad: After Story -- the best in shojo
- Cromartie High School -- the very best in deadpan humour
