In the "weekly rating distribution", I cannot see the percentage where my rating is in (it shows "better than 0.0% of players"). Is this a glitch?

Why is it still not fixed?
Probably because the issue is just cosmetic and not serious enough to justify a server restart on its own. (Just guessing.) The issue has been fixed in git few days ago and the fix is going to be deployed with next server update.
