Who thinks Hans Niemann is cheating in the Sinquefield cup 2022?

@SuedeStonn How are you so convinced that Hans cheated? First, wealth. Whut r ya gonna do with that money? Perhaps for charity, but why cheating for helping associations? And second, fame. Hans is a good player, good enough to be famous and known to participate in the tournament. Why does he want to cheat to upgrade his knownliness? (again amazing punning skills).

Let's suppose he wants to cheat, he thinks very hard about to cheat or not to cheat. But it would be a very risky choice, with the recent technologies, new "anticheats" discourage players from cheating. And even the tournament entries are covered with metal detectors and guards.

Did Hans cheat? We don't know.

If we allowed "suspicion" to convict someone of anything, the jails would be flooded even more. Due process.

It's already been shown his "meteoric rise" was typical of a player of his skill level. It has happened in the past, and it will happen again. Levon Aronian had a similar rise. I guess he was cheating too.

"...[Carlsen] having recently stated in an interview that he was anxious to play the new generation of players and show them who was boss. ".

When he lost, he embarrassed himself. So, as most children would do, he took his ball and went home.

The fact that Chess.com banned Neimann after the fact only shows how sensitive chess.com is to the feelies of Carlsen. But then again, Chess.com is a socialist/communist regime when it comes to chess. The NKVD has nothing on them.

To me, this is a ploy by Carlsen to attempt to capture back some of the motivation he lost for the WCC, cover up for his bruised ego, and at the expense of another player. It's clear he is no longer motivated to retain the tile. He apparently wants to set chess back centuries by selecting his opponent for the WCC in Firouja.

Boo hoo hoo.

I look forward to the Liren-Nepo match. I think it will be interesting and close.

The chess world needs to get over itself, cheating or not, and move on, and look forward to a cycle without Carlsen in a positive way. It's good to have *some* new blood.
