FOUNDED: the YEAR 2000 by Brgy. 456 Zone 45 Sampaloc, Manila Officials.
España Chess Club was renamed in 2009 by Engr. Ernie Faeldonia was formerly named Ajedres De España / Manila. The name España was derived from its location, España Boulevard, Sampaloc, Manila. The Chess Club was affiliated with the National Chess Federation of the Philippines. Exclusive to all Filipino Players all over the world.
