It said I was public shaming and I got a 10 minute timeout for calling out an obvious sandbagger. This seems a bit extreme no? I reported him then notified the tournament that the guy is a sandbagger (1200 rating, new account, massive losing streak, now suddenly playing at 2k+ level and beating good players?).
