I don't agree with this statement. In 2016 I made a study showing the contrary see http://schaken-brabo.blogspot.com/2016/05/comebacks.html
+1 seems to be the critical point from which the probability of a comeback is quickly deteriorating. +0,5 is for most amateurs pretty meaningless.
11.Qxb7 and especially 13.a4!! are not the right moves to suggest in an opening course imho. I like Noel's analysis way better and totally agree with his approach.
