My Chess Study Plan

Compared to your rating now this is 4 classes. Each one will take several years!? I would try 1800 lichess rating, say 1-2 classes. I have seen thousands of players killed by their unrealistic plans. Who can plan 10-20 years ahead? Such minute planning is wasted time, we talk in a couple of years.

Bertolt Brecht rhymes:

„Ja, mach nur einen Plan! Sei nur ein großes Licht! Und mach dann noch 'nen zweiten Plan, gehn tun sie beide nicht.“

(Yes, just make a plan! Just be a great light! And then make a second plan, neither of them will work.)
All the heavy lifting (your book study etc) is good for showing off, just don't expect to win knife fights with it.

I completely agree, I should take this journey one step at a time to avoid tripping over my feet. I'll combine tactics with playing 15+10 and The Soviet Chess Primer (with the intention of analyzing as much as possible from this book), after completing the book I'll assess the situation from their, and make my next move.
I have heard this Soviet Primer book is meant for beginners.

Most players think if they collect tons of declarative knowledge this will „somewhat“ turn into playing strength. True, but only with kilotons of practicing to „procedurizing“ the content.

It‘s like someone who plans to become a good cyclist and starts with reading 10 books about. Chess is more like skiing or something equally procedural.

So, reiterating over the content I learn to become more proficient at the areas I'm working on until the concepts are drilled in will be the most benificial?

Additionally, I will complete every single puzzle in the book that it asks me to

No. PLAYING IN COMPETITION is the most important. Real competition, not for internet rubber points.

Just know it said 2300 yesterday, not 1800. The link in the original post still says 2300.
