Antichess Team Battle League - Season 1
Excited to announce the first season of the Antichess Team Battle League
I presented my idea to the leader of the Lichess Antichess Team who liked it and I am excited to announce that it is going to happen! Presenting, the Antichess Team Battle League (Season 1).
Rules and Format
The team battle happens on a weekly basis, every Saturday at 16 UTC. It is sometimes shifted to a time after or before in case of any special events at that time. This is the regular battle organised by the Lichess Antichess team.
There will be 12 battles starting from the 1st of April to the 17th of June. After that, the top 10 teams with the most points scored will go into the finale on 8th July. The winner of the 1st July battle will be crowned the champion of season 1.
NOTE: Due to the Amsterdam event on June 24th and 25th, there will not be a battle on June 24th, so the FINALE is on 1st July.
