Rematch timeout

Please introduce rematch timeout, after which new opponent would be automatically invoked.

Now, it's to hard for some people to click decline.

I don't really see the point of a timeout -- when you're done waiting, you can just cancel the offer yourself.

When you start the game then there is similar timeout, so this one would coherent next step.
In both cases one can cancel by hand, but in one case you don't have to, and in the other you do.
