Tournament for beginners (<1400)

I'm creating a private tournament 3+2 (blitz) for beginners (<1400 & >29 games).
Beginning November 16, 2016 at 15:00 (UTC 00)

Anyone who wants to take part in the tournament, send me a private message and I will send you your password (if your ranking and the number of games correspond to the conditions of the tournament.
Before the tournament I get out of the tournament and will play only players with rating <1400
